• *What the role involves**:
• **As HR Systems Specialist, you’ll take the lead on supporting the ongoing improvement of our people related systems - from our Customer Service Centre (CSC) in Auckland to every KFC, Pizza Hut, Carl’s Jr and Taco Bell store across Aotearoa. The goal is to ensure that our people systems align to providing a great and seamless people experiences through our system infrastructure.
- Support and drive the development of our employee experience through our HRIS (Cornerstone) with a particular focus on people systems, processes, and recruitment.
- Provide systems, process and recruitment change leadership support for the People & Capability team, managing key internal and external stakeholders to deliver change effectively.
- Focusing on our people systems priorities and improvement to every day experiences, support the team in their overall knowledge, and capability in how we work with Cornerstone every day.
- Support the improvement of systems with an end-to-end employee journey that creates an integrated and seamless apply-hire-onboard-induction experience for new employees.
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and partners to ensure RBL is maximising the capabilities of our people systems to deliver on business needs and requirements.
- Be a team player, and positive advocate in how we look, use and develop our people system.
- Effectively manage all process and systems risks.
• *Skills and Experience**
- Understanding of best practice HR processes and systems.
- Proven experience in support HRIS, people systems, technology and deliver results that see improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in process design, process improvement and effective change management.
- Experience in HR systems management and implementation.
- Experience in problem solving and providing innovative advice and solutions.
- Highly effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
