About the job

JMP is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and enhance our digital marketing initiatives across Greater China.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist

You will develop, execute, and track digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels. This is a dynamic role with the chance to be part of a growing team with real opportunities for growth and development. The chosen candidate will be knowledgeable, passionate, proactive and results driven. You will report to and work closely with the regional Marketing Manager on cross-regional and targeted campaigns. Based in the Shanghai office, you will work with managers and sales teams across GC to understand local markets and create digital strategies and content accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
• Aligned with business goals, plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (especially social media marketing campaign), to support brand awareness and new users' acquisition;根据业务目标策划执行数字全渠道营销活动(尤其社交营销)并落实执行,帮助公司推广品牌,获得更多新用户;
• Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar;撰写活动文案,发布并维护社交媒体网站;
• Study customer online journey and customer insights to optimize search marketing strategies and guide campaign design;了解用户数字路径,优化搜索营销策略,为其他营销活动提供意见;
• Define/Implement paid digital efforts, including WeChat/mobile advertising and SEM;
• 执行社媒推广渠道,包括WeChat、移动广告和SEM。
• Define/Implement email marketing campaigns;负责电子邮件营销活动;
• Run off-line programs leveraging B2B and media partnerships;执行线下活动来推广B2B及媒体合作伙伴;
• Analyze and report on customer insights and behavior insights to improve communication and digital platforms, report key learnings and recommendation to improve business impact;分析用户行为和习惯,帮助提高数字平台的推广,并为业务发展提供建议;
• Assess ROI & KPIs and report campaign analytics, create data-driven actionable insights and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness;

• Coordinate translation activities, including vendor relationships, for digital activities in the region

Required skills and education任职要求
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 营销,传播,计算机,工程或相关专业本科毕业;
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years focused on digital marketing;至少五年B2B营销经验,其中至少有三年数字营销经验;
• Must have proven ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs and a high degree of creativity to create new ways to communicate to customers; 能证明市场洞察力及执行能力来创造方式与用户交流;
• Strong digital copywriting, design, content marketing and verbal communication skills required; 拥有较强的文案撰写与设计,内容营销及口头交流能力;
• Solid experience in analysis and optimizing websites. Good understanding in web related technologies.丰富的网络平台管理及基本技术知识;
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines;拥有较强的细节关注能力及按时完成任务;
• Proven track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs;能结合后端数据制定多种策略、执行有效方案、推广网络平台市场;
• Portfolio demonstrating analytics and metrics work as part of the interview process;面试时需提供案例;
• Ability to solve issues and deal with queries independently, yet effective team player able to collaborate with people across regions and departments;
• 能独立解决问题,同时能够高效地跨部门、跨区域协作;
• A fast learner, curious, driven to try new things and take on challenges;

• Up to date on the latest marketing trends, willing to propose new ideas and new ways of doing things;

• Interested in technology (experience in the data analytics industry or other technical industry a plus);
• 对技术有兴趣,数据分析或相关行业工作经验优先;
• Native Mandarin speaker with strong Chinese written skill for writing/reviewing copy of marketing material; 精通普通话,较强的中文撰写能力/复审营销材料能力;
• Good in English. 英文水平良好。
