Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking a Brand Product Manager to work with one of our prestigious clients based in White City. This is a temporary position for 2 months.

The position is offering a hybrid working pattern where you will be able to work from home twice a week. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 09.00am - 17.00pm.

As Product Manager you will plan and implement the Brand's Marketing strategy in the UKI to focus on driving awareness & loyalty of our brand, new launches & iconic products among our pre-defined consumer targets - in line with the Brand's sense of purpose.

You will work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, gathering insights, conducting analysis, building action plans and engaging & enabling the wider team to deliver our 360 strategy.
• Work closely and build strong relationships with DMI & Zone to help develop our product catalogue, feeding best practices and local consumer insights
• Build consumer knowledge through gathering data, conducting market & consumer analysis and subsequently building a corresponding product & brand strategy to deliver to the wider team
• Forecast new launches (finished goods & samples), from competitor benchmarking to working closely with Demand Planning and Commercial on sizing, always keeping local relevance and Simplicity in mind
• Be the champion of your Brand portfolio including catalogue management (e.g. discontinuations, review of distribution, aged stock)
• Work closely with the DEC team, feeding in insights & strategies to drive the engagement of your brand & product campaigns in paid media channels
• Work closely with the Activation team ensure strong execution of your launches on & offline
• Manage the approval and delivery of product artworks and brand campaigns, liaising with DMI, Legal & Scientific
• Manage and support the 360 go to market strategy for product launches & icon re-support from the forecast and strategy (direct responsibility), execution online & instore with the activation team, through the communication on results as well as launch tracking liaising with the Logistic team
• Understand ROI and the effectiveness of PPP spend and activity, owning the budget for your brand
• Present your brand in key meetings such as Retailer Strategy Meetings, Sales Drives, Consultant Conferences, new comers' inductions, etc. - bringing the products to life and making people dream!
• Support the Brand Business Director & General Manager in building strategic presentations such as Zone, DG Connects and Budget.

You will have:
• Experienced working on a fast-growing brand, with strong Beauty expertise (product & market) & an eye for Luxury and market trends (skincare experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills (ideally experience in forecasting, business reporting)
• Strong Communication skills - written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills * Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised with prioritisation skills * An empathetic collaborator - quick to understand other people's needs and motivations, and how to engage them
• Strong experience working with the following tools: Windows (excel & powerpoint)
