The Role.

This role is responsible for pre/post sales product support for all our ICT Vendor product group, covering all technologies and products to our Reseller Channel Partners, with a strong focus on customer services excellence and a very high level of professionalism, in both phone and email communication.

What You're Responsible For:
• Designing solutions as per client needs, including equipment specifications.
• Managing logistics and market delivery.
• Ensuring visibility, alignment, and predictability in meeting operating plans.
• Creating sales quotes based on customer requirements.
• Providing presales support and resolutions for products.
• Handling and managing special pricing deals.
• Building and maintaining relationships between Sales and Supply Chain.
• Optimizing direct relationships with vendors
• Enabling sales, simplifying processes, and improving supply chain flexibility.

What Skills & Experience You Need:
• Relevant Technical or ICT qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in high-tech/ICT solutions design or equivalent.
• Understanding of business systems' impact in the ICT distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of ICT networking and solutions design.
• 3 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Proficiency in data analytics and storytelling for action.
• Microsoft Professional skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
