The Digital Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of the organic social media strategy, community management, email marketing, and website content.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director but working in close collaboration with the broader marketing team, you will be a subject matter expert on social media and digital marketing best practice, and have a strong understanding of safeguarding brand aesthetic and visual DNA.

You will apply digital strategies to evolve and improve our overall marketing performance, building brand awareness and engagement to drive meaningful website traffic, conversions and ultimately, revenue.

In this role you will actively contribute to a range of global brand initiatives such as Paris Fashion Week among others.


Organic Social Media -
• Build and manage the digital channel calendar including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including the implementation of best-practice posting, copywriting, and scheduling.
• Identify emerging trends within social media, to help enhance content engagement and experience through our social channels.
• Design strategies to elevate and amplify brand activity such as events, seasonal collections, PR, celebrity and influencer content.

Community Management -
• Close monitoring of audience comments, questions and messages, responding in a timely manner, or passing enquiries on to relevant members of the team.
• This includes engaging via comments and direct messages with relevant friends of the brand, and industry posts to ensure the Christopher Esber brand is present in appropriate conversations and channels.

Email Marketing -
• Working in collaboration with the eCommerce Manager to build and map an eDM calendar, including messaging and a sending schedule based on best practice and performance.
• Responsible for briefing the Graphic Designer on asset requirements, as well as managing timelines and deadlines.

Website Content -
• Working in collaboration with the eCommerce Manager, responsible for planning and management of weekly homepage content updates to best reflect new season content, priority product categories, and brand storytelling.

Reporting -
• Use analytics tools to measure and generate reports for all social activity, including employee advocacy.
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs.
• Deliver weekly reporting on campaign results, digital marketing performance and full post campaign analysis.

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• An interest in, or experience in the luxury fashion industry - in Australia or internationally
• Understanding of the importance of brand and the safeguarding of brand DNA and guidelines.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience in building and engaging online communities, marketing or similar field.
• Outstanding time management, organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Strong critical, analytical skills.
• Knowledge and experience with software including Figma, Adobe, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Innovative thinking with a strong interest and understanding of social media trends, emerging platforms, competitor behaviour, and new technologies.
