Job Description

The role needs to lead the large project consisting of base build- structural & PEB and subsequently interior works as well. Ability to take charge and deliver. Excellent communication and coordination skills are mandatory. Advise and manage client on matters of schedule, cost and quality assurance. Design, procurement, construction experience is needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
• Monitoring and advising upon project finances and manage cost management deliverables
• Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team; Managing the change control process
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
• Preparing formal project progress and other reports, managing our deliverables with client and maintaining quality.
• Coordinate and manage the sustainability part in terms of LEED certification and relevant aspects of design and execution
• Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• Manage and lead construction phase through QA/QC, monitor progress, quality checklists, HSSE, FM interface, testing and commissioning, snagging, handover and transition.


• BE Civil / Construction with15-18 years of relevant experience in corporate / commercial fit out projects.
• Strong project management experience
• Stakeholder engagement, design, procurement and construction management.
• Vendor management, construction management, change management, should have handled base build projects and interior fit out.
