This role will manage the day to day functioning of the business. You will be responsible for a variety of duties within the business, so adaptability and positivity is a must! The organisation is a growing family business who really value their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform GL reconciliations and maintain GL journals.
• Conduct AP & AR reconciliations for accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including maintaining Debtors and Creditors Reports.
• Engage in credit collection activities.
• Complete daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Undertake debt collecting responsibilities to optimise cash flow.
• Enter AP invoices and manage the filing system.
• Prepare payments, conduct monthly reporting and analysis, and liaise with external accountants.

Key Requirements:
• CA/CPA or equivalent (highly desired)
• Experience working in a small to medium sized business
• Experience working in a 'blue collared environment
• Happy to roll sleeves up and help out with ad hoc duties around the office
