In this position, your main task will be to sell services and complex solutions in the North of France to a customer base comprising paper mills, steel mills and food processing companies. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will draw on your experience and motivation to build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service.
Your responsibilities
• Assume the role of Account Manager: build loyalty and develop a portfolio of key accounts using Group tools such as account plans
• Develop sales in your geographical area in line with the sales strategy and internal rules, while maintaining the required margin level
• Work in project mode, with the support of an in-house team that draws up quotations and estimates
• Build customer loyalty, in particular through the deployment of our service offering
• Prospect for new customers, particularly in the agri-food sector, by implementing a strategy adapted to the market and identifying and developing new market opportunities
• Negotiate contracts with our customers (commercial and legal aspects) with the support of internal departments
• Build loyalty and develop a portfolio of key accounts using Group tools such as account plans
• Define the business development strategy and 4-year action plan for his/her sector

Your background
• Business school graduate (Bac +5) with 5 years' sales experience in heavy industry OR 10 years' experience in complex sales in heavy industry (Electrical engineering, Automation, Digital)
• Ability to work in project mode in the design and manufacture of complex equipment
• Fluent English and French are required
• No obstacles to travel (50%)
• Ability to put forward qualities of organization and anticipation
• Ability to make proposals and focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to formalize projects
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
