Conversational AI driven engagements using Rich OTT Messaging product line is the highest demanded service worldwide with significantly higher growth in Brazil, India, Asia Pacific and gaining traction in EU & North America. Now we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Rich OTT Messaging team – this is one of the fastest growing messaging product lines within Salesforce. The Rich OTT Messaging Product will power messaging & payments, and commerce across all the Salesforce’s product lines. You will be the Product Manager to take this product to the next frontiers in terms of features and customer adoption; and grow with the product!

Role And Responsibilities
• Your goal is to drive the seamless adoption of the messaging into Salesforce’s cloud offerings to solve customer usecases, drive the transition of messaging from 1-way to conversational flows
• You will become the subject matter expert for Salesforce in all Rich Messaging channels, and drive the product’s vision, requirements to deliver these features for some of the world’s largest brands who are Salesforce’s customers.
• You will own & drive the roadmap, drafting requirement specifications & execution of the Rich OTT Messaging product line.
• You will develop and execute a strong enterprise roadmap by integrating the relevant channels such as WhatsApp for customers in most parts of the world, LINE in APJ and expose them via Salesforce’s enterprise offerings.
• You will develop a build vs partner plan for regional channels like KakaoTalk, Viber, WeChat, QQ, Weibo, and others.
• You will work closely with Engineering & Customers to define the roadmap & requirements
• You will partner with the UX team to define the best product experience for customers
• You will partner with Marketing, Support, Solutions teams to evangelize your product & product features so that customer facing teams are armed to sell & support your product
• You will work with the right teams to Manage product documentation, packaging and pricing.
• You will Cultivate internal relationships across functional areas including Engineering, Support, UX, Sales, Product, Marketing to drive the GTM of your product.

In order to contribute to this role, you must have
• Extensive experience in product/program management with a technical background from a software, SaaS, Messaging company with understanding of enterprise CRM products
• Business and commercial expertise with technical know-how of APIs & strong writing skills to draft specifications
• Skilled communicator who is just as comfortable having technical discussion as well as formulating and presenting business concepts with customers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute against a plan.
• Strong analytical abilities and structured in your daily work with attention to detail.
• Self-driven, with the ability to be responsible for your work and make informed decisions to make things happen
• Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
• Working Knowledge of any of the Salesforce products and architecture behind is a bonus
