We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to join the Qatar National Bank team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of human resources processes, laws, and regulations. You should also have excellent people management and problem-solving skills. An analytical mind and a customer-oriented attitude are essential for this role.We are looking for a professional who is passionate about helping us to achieve our goals and build an excellent team. Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including interviewing and selecting candidates, providing onboarding orientation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing advice and guidance to employees.

Manage payroll and benefit administration, including ensuring timely and accurate payments, managing deductions, and providing necessary documents and records.

Create policies and procedures related to human resources and ensure that they are followed.

Develop and implement strategies to retain and motivate employees.

Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Respond to employee inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure that their needs are met.

Maintain a current knowledge of labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Prepare reports and analyze data related to human resources activities.
